Nancy has spent over 30 years in the custody management businesses, primarily at State Street and at Nothern Trust. She is a senior executive with extensive experience supporting Mutual Funds and unregistered products. She has managed teams across the enterprise responsible for executing services for asset managers and plan sponsors. Nancy has deep product knowledge of ‘custody’. This includes fund accounting and valuation; shareholder servicing; as well as regulatory administration and financial reporting. Nancy has managed culture and compliance initiatives, minimized risks through process improvements; supervised technology enhancements, and fostered industry engagement.
Nancy was an SVP and Practice Head for Global Fund Services at Northern Trust. The Global Head of Custody and Accounting Advisory Services at Wipro, after spending over 25 years at State Street, latterly as SVP for Mutual Funds, Institutional Investor Services.
Nancy was Director, President, and Chairman of State Street Bank and Trust Co. of New Hampshire from 2004 -2010.
