Change Management and BlockChain Initiatives
Jim has over 25 years of experience in the financial market. Initially as a senior project and change manager at large global institutions, before shifting his focus to developments in the blockchain and digital asset sector.
Jim was the Executive Director for Business Transformation at UBS in Stamford from 2012 to 2019. There he was responsible for multiple programs and projects that covered regulatory remediation, business change and disruptive initiatives.
Before UBS, Jim worked at RBS as a senior consultant in Change Management for Equities, Fixed Income, Money Markets & FX Operations.
Since 2019 Jim has been focused on technology transformation. He is a financial markets expert with deep blockchain experience covering CEFI, Regulations, Policy, Bitcoin, ETH, Layer 1&2’s, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Tokenization, and Web3 Infrastructure. He is passionate about driving technology transformation in fast-paced environments. He is a problem solver with the ability to understand complex issues, bridge gaps, and sell and deliver Blockchain services.
His projects include Block Chain Use Case Assessments for clearing, settlement, asset servicing, digital identity and AML/KYC. He has also engaged in the use of AI / Robotics for automation & risk remediation of End User Apps (EUA’s) and elimination of manual processing.
